A calculator with real traffic but no clear read on where it stood against competitors, or which missing features were costing it users.
What I built
- A competitive audit across the field, comparing pricing, features, and presentation.
- An SEO competitor report and a feature gap analysis naming the shortfalls worth fixing.
- Interface and experience work on the gaps the audit turned up.
